Accountability isn't.
Before a person puts their name on AI work, they need three answers. Who acted, and who approved it. Where it ran. Why it was done. The Jungle, Warden and Canopy are those three answers, on the record.
The answer went to zero. The signature didn't.
For a century, expertise was priced by what you knew. AI is pricing that layer toward nothing — the research memo, the boilerplate contract, the first draft of the code.
Clients, regulators and boards don't ask whether AI was used. They ask who stands behind the result. That person needs a record they can trust — not a chat log, not a vendor's promise.
Who acted, and who answered for it.
Every agent in the Jungle has a name, an owner and a set of things it may do. Everything it does lands on one record a person can read.
Every agent has a name
Each team's AI is a named agent with an owner and a scope. Not a shared API key. Not an anonymous bot.
Every action has an approver
What an agent may do on its own, what needs a person, and what it may never do — set by people and enforced by the Jungle, not left to a prompt.
Proof a person was there
Privileged acts can require step-up proof from the person themselves, not just a session someone left open.
Every answer shows its reads
When an AI worker reports back, the reply says what it actually read. An answer grounded in nothing is labelled as exactly that.
Secrets the platform can't open
Private knowledge and environment secrets are encrypted on your machine. The Jungle carries ciphertext it cannot read, and access is granted person by person.
Every note has an author
Shared project memory records whose note it is. A teammate's addition stays proposed until the owner accepts it.
The ground it runs on.
An answer is only as sound as the place it was made. Warden watches that place, so the record isn't built on sand.
A baseline, not a scramble
Cloud accounts, identities, access and technical controls, checked against a baseline — not rediscovered every audit season.
Findings with evidence
Every finding carries what was checked, when, and what was seen. A person decides what happens next.
Reads, never changes
Warden works through read-only access. It reports; people change things. The watcher can't become the risk.
Why it was done.
Six months on, "why did we do that?" deserves a better answer than a shrug. Canopy keeps the thread from intent to result.
"Nfinit Monkeys using Canopy saved me over $75,000 of development costs in a version upgrade."
